We guarantee that no university library or individual reader will ever need to buy a subscription or pay any pay-per-view fees to access articles of the journal. 

Article Submission Charge: 0 IDR
There is NO SUBMISSION charge. Authors are not required to pay an Article Submission Fee as part of the submission process to contribute to review costs.

Article Publication Charge (APC) : 0 IDR
There is NO PUBLICATION charge. Authors are not required to pay an Article Publication Fee if the manuscript is accepted for publication.
